In July 2024, Staks is honored to have been named the Best Breakfast / Best Brunch in Auburn, Alabama by the Auburn University Parent & Family Association! Staks Pancake Kitchen is located in downtown Auburn, Alabama and owned and operated by Auburn Alumni, Brian & Kim Wirth. 

We know breakfast is the most important (and delicious) meal of the day and our LARGE breakfast, brunch and lunch menu at Staks has something for everyone; including our signature pancake stacks in flavors like Cinnamon Roll, Lemon Blueberry or try our family's Nutella and banana concoction called a Fluffernutter.
